The Northern and Western Regional Assembly invites you to complete a brief online survey to support our research regarding local opposition to wind energy projects within the framework of the BIOWIND Interreg project.

The NWRA participates a partner in BIOWIND, a European Union co-funded project, that seeks to provide an integrated approach to wind planning, covering all aspects of the ‘Climate – Biodiversity – Public Opinion’ nexus, with the aim of increasing societal acceptance of wind development and securing sustainable wind energy supply. Your responses to the BIOWIND survey will enable us to enhance our ability to develop place-based responses, to increase societal acceptance of wind projects.

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and will be available on the EU Survey platform until 30 October 2023 and can be accessed by clinking this link below:
